We have Field Support Engineers, Cisco Certified network engineers (Multi-CCIE), designers and programmers to set up all elements of the network including data links, VOIP services, intercom services, and all interfaces between your office and field locations.
- Digital Networks proactively monitors our network on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis by personnel trained in monitoring and controlling VSAT and LTE networks for signal identification, equipment fault identification and restoration of service. Digital Networks staff includes RF engineers, IT network specialists (CISCO trained) and trained operators.
Most issues can be resolved remotely by our NOC, but in the event something goes wrong at the site, Digital Networks guarantees same day service 365 days a year. With someone always on call 24 hours a day at our service centers; our team is only a phone call away.
